If you were to live the truth
would you sell your possessions and
lavish the proceeds

on those whose truth is

hunger
destitution
homelessness

If you were to live the truth
would you walk out the door and
start anew 

If you were to live the truth
would you behold your brothers and sisters
and divvy being human
